Growing up in the borderland of El Paso, TX, in the small town of Chaparral, NM grilling was my passion. Five years ago and throughout the pandemic, smoking meats turned into a passion, cooking for small catering events, friends, and family. Everyone telling me I should open up my own place…start my own business. The rubs, the sauce, the low and slow, the backyard griller took a leap of faith to combine the love and passion of cooking to please others and open up in the town called the “Duke City “.
