If you are looking for something small, there are several items under the Social Bites category to choose from, including whole chicken wings with a choice of hot, Jamaican jerk or BBQ sauce; shishito peppers; a smoked butter board comprised of Irish butter topped with seasonal ingredients; and a charcuterie board filled with cured meats, cheeses, bacon jam, mustards and pickled vegetables. Airport staff services include fueling aircraft, aircraft towing, airfield inspections and maintenance, leasing, maintaining, and staffing Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) and terminal services for transient and 118-based aircraft, as well as managing a wildlife program. The airport is self-sufficient.

Years later, it became an airport of regional influence, expanding to two fully operational runways, and took on the name of former Mayor Neel Alexander. Built on the west mesa a mile west of I-25, the airport is home to over 50 aircraft, a skydive club, a propeller maintenance facility, aerial photography, and other aviation businesses. It is also an air operations training site for the United States Air Force. An airport lounge features restrooms, internet access, shower, classroom/conference room, and kitchenette. There are small and large plots of land available at the airport for development of aviation businesses.
